Director
Ryan is the Founder, Director, and Business Development Manager of IPS Design, bringing over 20 years of global experience in electrical power systems and instrumentation engineering across the mining and industrial sectors. His expertise spans the entire lifecycle of engineering projects, including feasibility studies, detailed design, specification, construction, commissioning, and operational troubleshooting of electrical plants, mining infrastructure, and instrumentation systems.
Ryan has successfully led and delivered complex projects throughout Australia, Africa, and Asia, consistently demonstrating strong capabilities in on-site project execution and construction management. His technical proficiency encompasses high-voltage and low-voltage power systems, control systems, and instrumentation engineering, with a focus on reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance.
